Position and Team Details
As the inaugural incumbent, lead and supervise the Enrollment Management Tech Team, a functional-technical group responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, integration, and enhancement of enrollment systems. Supporting the Director, provide co-leadership within the Office of Assessment and Technology, a team of 13, which also provides internal enrollment data reporting, assessment, and visualization services to stakeholders.
As an administrator, planned and executed enrollment management strategy and supervised its departments: Admissions (including international admissions), Records and Registration, Financial Aid, Veterans Certification, and the Test Center. The division consisted of 46 full- and part-time team members and operational budgets exceeding $2.5 million. Served as residency officer, adjudicating tuition classification requests and overseeing the simplification of appeals.
As the inaugural incumbent, led and managed the enterprise-wide, multimillion-dollar project to implement Hyland’s OnBase electronic content management system. Supervised a team of two functional analysts. Served as the functional lead and business owner for the registrar, financial aid, enrollment management, student accounts, military partnerships, and institutional advancement teams.
Managed, supervised, and mentored a team of 23, responsible for receiving, processing, and providing quality assurance of transcripts and other academic documents. Served on the Office of the Registrar leadership team.
